Sweet Saturday {No Bake Choco-Oat Macaroon Cookies}

These are TO DIE FOR!!!! And they're relatively clean ;)

My insta-friend (@lindsayfitlife) gave me the foundation for this recipe, and I just put my own spin on it to make it more Superman-approved :)

Ingredients:
1 cup of natural peanut butter (or your fav. nut butter)
3/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup of oats
1 scoop of Chocolate protein powder ( or I like to use 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology for an additional super foods boost)
2/3 cup of shredded coconut

Directions:

Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan over medium/low heat. Next mix in vanilla, choc. protein powder, oats, and shredded coconut.

Remove from heat.

Drop spoonfuls on wax paper and stick in fridge for 30 - 60 minutes.

Containers:
yellow, orange, blue, red
